* We will go that extra mile to help you when Restoro fails to solve your PC problem.

Restoro provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 60 days after purchasing the Restoro product, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with Restoro.

In order to obtain a refund, you must "undo" the repairs provided by the Restoro program. This can be done by going to the Add/Remove programs and choosing Restoro for WinOS. From there you can choose to:

  • Remove Restoro application
  • Revert changes
  • Revert and remove Restoro

All options reside under the uninstall wizard, however, for a refund, only option B is necessary. Additionally, after you have run the "undo" function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from Restoro via our support page, under the Billing and invoices section.

During the course of the refund request, you must maintain contact with Restoro and comply with Restoro's requests regarding the removal of the Restoro product from your computer. This includes removing software and files from your machine and other steps that will remove the Restoro product from your machine and return your desktop, laptop or other Restoro supported machine to its former state - even in the event that the prior condition of the machine was an undesirable one.
The 60 day refund period begins from the immediate Date of Purchase, and the License Key expires one year from Date of Purchase.

In the event that you cannot perform the undo function for any reason, Restoro will address the issue on a case by case basis.

If a purchase was made on an unsupported machine and/or a repair has not taken place during any time period, Restoro will address the issue on a case by case basis, and may provide a refund after the 60 day refund period.
